Senior Pastor

Bekah began serving as the Senior Pastor of Foothills in January 2015. Originally from the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex, she left Texas to study at Bethany College and returned for her Master of Divinity at Brite Divinity School. After ordination, she completed a certificate in Ecumenical Studies from Bossey Ecumenical Institute, a program of the World Council of Churches in Geneva Switzerland. Prior to moving to Phoenix, Bekah has served churches in Texas and Kentucky. Bekah and her husband Frank have three daughters. In her free time she enjoys running and painting.

Rev. Janel randle

Associate Pastor

Janel has a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. She has been serving as the Associate Pastor of Foothills Christian Church since 2020. Janel has a second Master's Degree in Counseling and is bi-vocational, working as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She stays active with her four children.

Ruthie Santiago

Music Ministry Leader

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ruthie was raised in a deeply musical family and brings a lifelong passion for worship. She blends musical performance, audio production, and visual media to create meaningful, story-driven worship experiences. Her background also includes a doctorate in naturopathic medicine, and her work providing community medical care has deeply shaped her heart for service.

Committed to bridging faith and culture, Ruthie fosters community through storytelling, theology, and social activism. Whether organizing local events, serving on a regional nonprofit board, or creating spaces for meaningful dialogue, her goal remains the same: cultivating a community rooted in unconditional love, intellectual honesty, and wholeness for all people. In her free time, she enjoys theater, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her spouse, family, and friends.

Cameron Anderson

Associate Music Ministry Leader

Cameron was a part of singing groups in grade school and played bass in his youth group band as a teen. He learned how to play piano about ten years ago when the youth group he was a leader in needed a music leader and he needed an emotional outlet. Since then hes been leading music ministries for youth groups and churches, including at Foothills. Cameron enjoys writing songs, watching sports (especially baseball and Formula 1) and going on adventures with his wife, Cassidy.

Kacie Kozman

Youth Ministry Coordinator

Kacie's youth experience started back in her home church’s youth program when she was appointed to serve on the X-Committee (Regional Youth Council) for four years and went on to be a church camp counselor for many years after. She’s remained active in her faith ever since and is now helping her son grow spiritually at Foothills. Her full time job is owning Rhythm & Muse, teaching Kindermusik classes to ages 0-7 years old right out of

our Worship and Wonder room during the week.
