Dr. Bertha Alvarez Manninen will be leading a presentation on the philosophical exploration of the strongest arguments for and against theism, with a focus on the problem of suffering. Bertha is a professor of philosophy in the School of Humanities, Arts and Cultural Studies in ASU's New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences.
